Abstract
This article considers mathematical modeling of the process of drying fruit in a solar plant. In practice, for the design and implementation of effective solar drying plants, it is necessary to study hydroaerodynamic and heat and mass transfer processes in these structures, taking into account the optimization of their work on the basis of a mathematical model.
