Abstract

Hydatidiform mole is the most common form of gestational trophoblastic neoplasia. Recurrence of hydatidiform mole is extremely rare. Here is the case report of seven consecutive vesicular mole without an intervening normal pregnancy. She is G7A6, with 3 months amenorrhoea with ultrasonagram showing features of vesicular mole with not symptoms. Her all six previous pregrnancies were molar pregnancies for which she underwent suction and evacuation. She did not require chemotheraphy in previous pregnancies .For the present 7th pregnancy, she underwent suction and evacuation and followed up with beta HCG and required multiple courses of multidrug chemotheraphy as recurrent molar pregnancy has the tendency of chemoresistance.
