Abstract
OOsteosarcomas (OS) represent approximately 1 of head and neck cancers and contribute 10 of all osteosarcoma .The mandible, maxilla and skull are the common sites for head and neck OS . The mandible is the commonest site accounting for about 40 of head and neck osteosarcomaThe continuing challenges in establishing both radiological and histological diagnosis, and controversies in treatment and prognosis are the reasons for presenting this case report with literature review. In our case report one patient was in second decade of life and the other in the fifth decade with same site of tumor and with varied histological features with different radiological characteristics Both of the patients were treated with surgery alone with negative margins and disease free and on regular follow-up
