Abstract

The research focused on social Dimension of HIV/AIDS Information Education and Communication Programme. The objective was to assess the extent to which mainstreaming business enterprises in Botswana incorporate staff members, staff member's families, hospitality guests as well as local residents in their workplace HIV/AIDS information education and communication programmes. The study adopted cross-sectional research design and explanatory sequential mixed methods approach. The sample comprised fifty (50) heads of HIV/AIDS programmes of hospitality facilities. Data was captured via questionnaires and face-to-face interviews. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to check the individual as well as collective impact of inclusive target groups by mainstreaming organisations in the development of HIV/AIDS IEC policy.
