Abstract
Traditionally, agricultural information exchange has been dominated by business media such as newspapers, television and magazines. But now the power of the 21st century is literally in our hands. Digital marketing for Agricultural produces is the need of the hour for developing country like India. The study aims to understand the farmer's knowledge in Social media and its uses for production and marketing of their produces. Data were collected from primary sources, from Pooranakuppam village, Manaveli village, Thavalakuppam village and Nallavadu village under Pondicherry. The study found most farmers in the mentioned villages uses social media for agricultural purposes, from production to marketing and other related areas. They faced challenges in accessing them at the same time
