E-PORTAL FOR RESIDENCY

Our aim is to develop a web-application which will manage the functions for flats, complex, societies, and other apartments. In particular society or a flat we observe problem like, gathering all members of society or flat for some reasons like meeting or planning for upcoming event. Not only at the time of meeting but also at the time of the events which are celebrated by them, also for reminding about regular maintenance payment to all resident. Through our application the working loads and efforts of the manager or secretory will be reduced. By implementing our project their management will be digitalized, therefore all records and reports will be automatically generated. The main objective of the project is to reduce the efforts to human and make our project useful to society. We will make one web-portal on which all circulars and instructions will be passed in it and members will also instructed through Email and text messages. This Portal will be able to maintain all the statistics and history of the records of the monthly maintenance, purchase, etc.
