Abstract
Hydatid disease (Echinococcosis) is a parasitic infestation of humans by Ecinococcus granulosus. We report a case of disseminated Hydatidosis involving lung, liver, mediastinum, peritoneum and spleen with chest skiagram, ultrasonography and Computed Tomography of thorax and abdomen.
