Abstract
Manufacturing industry is mainly based on the production of good and services by implementation of raw materials, machinery and labours. These industries mainly exist in the areas where there is large number of labour force with limited or less wage based. They mainly hire the individuals and provide them with training based on the nature of the work and allot them for the required work. In first phase of the 20th century unskilled woman is one who is lacking in technical training, skill, productivity in work, as their ultimate destiny is home, marriage and kids. Later women actively participated with men and fought for their individuality. Due to the social and cultural barriers they were not let out free for schools and colleges to attain education. By lack of education woman could not be a part of congenial working culture and earn for their livelihood. Society also restricted them to stay within the four walls. Constitution declared women as legal citizens of our country and formulated equality in terms of opportunities, regulations, freedom and employment as that of men. Now they are called as ‘productive personnel ‘of an organization, directly support the growth of the organization who encourages her family in attaining financial stability, providing education for children, clearance of debt incurred by the family, etc. SME industries contribute more to Indian economy with proportionate growth of individuals life and family setup .Since Mysore is the second largest heritage II tier city of Karnataka, lot of entrepreneurs come with new proposal and heavy investment. At this juncture, researcher made an attempt of her research in “Job Creation and Transformation of Unskilled Women Force -A Case Study in Manufacturing Industry”.
