Abstract
The paper outlines the results of studying the processes of rapid crystallization of metals and also their compounds and plastics. The aim of the study is to obtain a reproducible result of the process of rapid crystallization of materials and also description of the occurring processes. The most studied methods for rapid crystallization of materials were examined in the study and a new mechanism of rapid crystallization in low temperature laser plasma was proposed. Also, the main parameters of the process of rapid crystallization of metals were checked and confirmed. For parameter study, the atomic force and electron microscopy methods, as well as small angle X-ray scattering, were used. An attempt to theoretically justify this crystallization method through the example of rapid crystallization of copper and its compounds was carried out. The results of microscopic studies were outlined and the main application fields for this crystallization method were evaluated.
