Abstract
Kelvin-Helmholtz Instability of superposed ferrofluids with rotation and a periodic tangential magnetic field is taken into consideration. The fluid layers are having different constant densities and they are moving with different constant speeds. By using the method of multiple scales, the relevant solutions and dispersion relations are obtained. Stability of the problem is discussed with the help of dispersion relation.
