Abstract
Chondrosarcoma is a malignant primary bone tumor originating from chondrocytes producing cartilage tissue. A 58-year- old male patient was admitted to our outpatient clinic due to the swelling of the chest wall for about 2 years. Total sternal resection was performed in the operation. A synthetic graft was used to close the defect. As a result of the pathology, tumor tissue invaded adjacent organs. So, the patient was sent to radiation oncology. The most important issues affecting the treatment of primer chest wall tumors are; early diagnosis and wide resection to be applied.
