Importance of role-playng games for the formation of learners communicative competence

The article focuses on role-playing games, their obligatory elements and their importance for interaction classes. Role-play technique is of certain benefit for learners: it develops creativity, critical thinking skills, communication skills as well as problem solving skills and helps to work out different behaviours in problem situations instilling understanding and empathy for other people.
