Abstract
In the development and growth of the economy change is inevitable. There is need for change in the mind set of the people for betterment of the society. The transformation process from physical transaction to digital transaction and its successful implementation depends on the development of technology and its usage by the ultimate beneficiaries in the other hand. The technological advancement given an opportunity to migrate from traditional approach to digital approach, this initiative of the present government initially opposed by the stake holders but gradually the benefits are being felt by the people. For the present study the authors included both secondary and primary data and the objective of the study was to understand the concepts and views of the stake holders. It was found that the results were very encouraging.
