IMPROVEMENT OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR ENHANCING ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY

The most important condition for achieving high efficiency in project management is preparing a schedule of work and keeping it up to date. Among the existing methods of planning and project management, the most appropriate method for solving the task is the method of determining the critical path – СP (critical path method - CPM), which allows you to identify the most problematic areas of project work, to determine the work- load of staff performing these works, pay attention to the accuracy of the formation of the planned deadlines for each work on this path, as well as other parameters of the project.
