Abstract
In the present work an attempt has been made to design, fabricate and experimentally investigate the coefficient of performance of a portable refrigerator based on peltier effect. Experiments were performed to find the performance of two peltier modules that have been used namely TEC1-12706 and TEC1-12730. It is observed that among these two peltier modules, the performance of the TEC1-12730 is better when compared with the TEC1-12706. The performances of these two peltier modules are compared based on their COP and its heat removal capacity.
