Abstract
We argue that intention to share is a predictor to sharing behavior. We also argue that sharing behavior influences motivation to transfer. Due to the positive valence of sharing behavior we believe it elicits a more pronounced motivation towards learning transfer. As a consequence, intention to share will more likely result in better sharing behavior and thus higher transfer.
