THE BOTTOM LINE’ JOURNAL, 2011 TO 2015: A BIBLIOMETRIC STUDY

Abstract
Bibliometrics is a set of methods used to study and measure the uses of documents and pattern of publication in which mathematical and statistical methods are applied. This paper examines 157 articles published in The Bottom Line journal during 2011-2015 to ascertain year wise distribution, authorship pattern, degree of collaboration, length of articles, subject categories, geographical distribution, reference pattern, institution wise distribution of articles. This study shows that majority of papers are single authored. The degree of collaboration is 0.51. The average pages per article is 5.14. The major contributions are from different universities. The geographical distribution shows that the contribution by USA authors is the highest.
