Abstract
The problem of the description of so-called ionic crystals, proceeding from new ideas of the nature of covalent link in compliance with the ring model on molecule axis is discussed. Justification of the molecular structure of "ionic" crystals is given. The equations of dielectric polarization establishing the link of dielectric permeability with elastic orientation and ionic intramolecular chargeabilities which are responsible for the mechanism of polarization of crystals are received.
