JUDICIAL CONTROL IN THE SPHERE OF CRIMINAL TRIAL UNDER THE LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

The relevance of the subject is based on priorities of the state policy on radical modernization of administration of justice within the industry procedural legislation by methods and means of judicial control. The theoretical and methodological background of the research is defined as the combination of the classical and innovative approaches leaning on the most effective methods of the research, approved as in domestic, and foreign legal science. The results of the research are focused on satisfaction of inquiries of jurisprudence within the branch production, practice of public administration, completion of gaps in the general theory of the law, and also for specification of official interpretation of provisions of the Art. 75-82 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, enrichment of base of doctrinal interpretation of the standards of the constitutional and judicial law.
