Abstract
Existing evaluation models of maturity of smart cities are diversified, and for this reason there is no exact model for this type of assessment. In this sense, it becomes relevant the need for the compression of a maturity model as it is highlighted in the literature. The goal of this article is to present the result of a literature review that was made to identify models of maturity evaluation responsible for measuring the smartness of a city. Results portray the comparison of the evaluation models found, indicating the main features related to their complexities and implantation proposal. In addition, we identified the optimized model that could enable initiatives maturation to promote smart cities.
