IMPROVEMENT OF PENSION MAINTENANCE IN REPUBLIC OF BELARUS IN THE CONDITIONS OF DEMOGRAPHIC CRISIS

The problems of working system of pension maintenance in Republic of Belarus are considered in the article. The author analyzed the perspective directions of improvement of pension maintenance in the developed demographic conditions. It is concluded that the transition to three-level system of pension maintenance that will provide not only the basic level of staff retirement plan, but also the supplementary pension depending on wage levels of the worker and his desire to provide the worthy old age is relevant.
