HABITS OF POWER INTERACTING A STRIP WITH ROLLS AT THIN SHEET ROLLING

Abstract
In paper balance forces in the byte of deformation is analyses at thin sheet rolling. It is shown, that together with contact retracting and expulsive forces it is necessary to consider and forces which are called by a metal flowage. Formulas which allow at the solved differential equilibrium equation of all forces to find current contact forces and forces of a flowage of metal are resulted. The given method consideration of forces allows to specify a condition of conducting resistant to process of thin sheet rolling. It is established, that at simple resistant to end-on process of thin sheet rolling a holding device limiting angle always less than two coefficient of frictions. Also it is necessary to consider contact and internal forces and at definition of other kinematic and energy power parameters of deformation thin strips.
