ADMISSIONAL ACCELERATION OF GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF SCHOOLCHOLDS

Abstract. The article contains undoubted evidence that 10–16 yearsoldschoolgirls in Ryazan have pre-pubertal acceleration of body growth at 11–13 years. For this purpose, the author used a wide age contingent of the examined persons (at least 100-120 people of the same gender). In his research, he applied a one-year increase in three macromorphological indicators of physical development: body length, body weight, chest girth, as well as their total annual gain. Such a methodical approach allowed him to determine the age of not only the pre-pubertal acceleration, but also the morphological manifestations of puberty (pubertal jump), allowed the discovery of the pre-pubertal acceleration of the body's growth. This was confirmed in the survey and in 1973-1976, and in 1992-1993, in 1996-1999, as well as in studies of other authors in other regions of Russia. In all these studies, the author applied the same methodical technique.
