Abstract
The article is devoted to the disclosure of current state and problems of management of educational environment of teachers' professional development in modern comprehensive educational institutions of Ukraine. It was determined that the immediate task is the training and education of teaching staff capable of working on the basis of innovative approaches to the educational process, their own continuous creative professional growth.
