Abstract

The article presents the results of an empirical study of the features of self‐efficacy of heads of vocational education institutions. The connection of self‐efficacy of managers with the success of their professional activity is shown. The main contradictions in the activities of modern vocational education institutions, which may adversely affect the level of self‐efficacy of their managers, are identified.
