In this study, will be compared the Information about the last circumcision-hadith and hadith procedure in the work titled "Tevdîhu'l Efkâr" of Emîr es-San'anî and in the work titled "Zubdetu'l-Usûl" of Sheikh Bahauddin. The main goal of the work is to reveal the ideas and interpretations about circumcision adopted by a Shiite instrument and a Sunni hadith. Thus, will be revealed the differences between the terminology of the hadith method used by both authors
