Characteristics of finance department in Russian companies

In this article the author considers the main characteristics of finance department in Russian companies. There are determined the fundamental requirements to specialists, working in the financial market, according to the Russian laws. The author analysis different ways to creating the finance department, depending on the size of a company, and considers the main functions and structure of finance department in Russia. Besides, there are described and systematized the most widespread ways of hiring employees in the sphere of finance.
