Problematic issues of participation of a group of prosecutors in the trial

This article deals with the problematic issues of participation of a group of prosecutors in the trial. Gaps of legislative regulation of creation, functioning and participation in court session of group of prosecutors are analyzed. Identified and justified possible solutions to these problems. On the basis of the study, the author proposes to pay attention to part 1 of article 37, part 2 of article 364 of the code of criminal procedure of Ukraine as appropriate within the meaning of the model for the formulation of the article on a group of prosecutors in the code.
