Abstract
This article presents a work study student leadership group. Students were studied methods of leadership effectiveness (R. S. Nemov) and "Diagnostics leadership" (E. Zharikov, E. Krushelnikov). The techniques allow you to determine the ability of the student to be a leader and possible action in the role of leader in terms of its potential effectiveness.
