Development and improvement of physical qualities at cadets of high schools of the Federal Penitentiary Service RUSSIA

The article carried the general theoretical analysis of the concepts of "physical education" and "physical training." The author raises the question of how, in the limited time of the lesson to improve physical skills to the students of the criminal — executive system. The article describes the major factors affecting the increase in exercise performance, are considered the main directions of improving the quality of physical training, as well as methods to improve the physical qualities during group and individual lessons. It describes the relationship of mental and physical qualities necessary for the formation of the special features of the employee.
