Selection and justification of the financing model of housing complex

The article deals with the problem of financing housing infrastructure. Since, at the moment, in Russia the form of equity financing of construction prevails, which has many risks, there is a search for alternative and more reliable ways of financing. In the process of investigating this problem, methods of logical, statistical analysis were used. The purpose of this article is to find current ways to invest in the construction of housing stock, or to build a financing model. For this, the main methods of financing, their advantages and disadvantages were considered. As a result, the method that was most suitable for the region under consideration was chosen.
