Abstract
Today we need good and active managers for the development of country. Managers should know all the facts, logic and strategies. Every sector of the job industry demands efficient managers who can aid in the smooth working of the organization. India requires a pool of professionals who are trained in the specific skill set of the business management.Such a demand is expected to continue in the upcoming years as well. However, the matter of concern is that is the number of management graduates is enough to meet the industry’s demands. It is important to maintain quality in management education, and to create a situation ideal for the management education, there is need to create a dynamic environment that can encourage introduction of superior management education colleges. Management education is going through changes. The changing scenario offers students more openings, greater self-confidence and out of the box ways to better hones their skills. The current trends include internationalization with increased focus on international partnerships, international internships, student exchange programs, joint degrees etc. Today there are more than 3000 management institutions in India. Keeping our global growing aspiration in view countries strength is basically the Intellect manpower. We can make imbibe the management and leadership skills by offering more interdisciplinary classes and engaging students in games that simulate the need to find solutions to complex scenarios through teamwork. Business education will give and teach all the things that are essential to make you a good manager and skills that are important to augment the efficiency and productivity of the organization. This paper reveals the role of management education in organization and its effect in work culture. Also the study reveals the impact of business education on the present condition and the future development of society and the nation.
