Abstract
Economic product distribution inside society impliesnot only rationality calculus but also the analysis of some specific featuresof the social justice. The paperidentifies the relationships among the concepts of complexity, sustainability, and diversity in social justice. In the same context a certain ambiguitymaintained in the specialty terminology is clarified between the issue complicatedand the issue complex regarding thesystems and processes, by proposing a new signification for thecomplexity issue. Effects of synergy between sustainability and socialjustice are identified, and analysedboth from the view point of fundamental causes leading to social imbalances andin terms of achieving environmental objectives which can lead to significanteconomic and social outcomes in terms of welfare and environmental quality.Regarding the diversity concept, the paper proposes as criterion thedistinction between the commutative justice and the distributive justice thusseparating what it is merited from what is fair in the distribution of economicproduct. Finally, an institutional and behavioral mechanism of the triadcomplexity, sustainability, diversity is proposed and examined.
