Abstract
The waste of human resource and raw material of the society, and the human survival life span is too low. Indian leadership individually self-motivated by him or her. The research, design, manufacturing process and sales after services are little to compare the developed nations. The whole human resource is involvement is only the productivity incentive and profit of the companies. The ISO certification and TQM concepts are not used at sufficient level. The customers are dissatisfied due to untrained employees who process it because the process is measured by profit and on more quality product lines. The Indian customers have small awareness of consumer's laws.
