Abstract
Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks are the promising approaches to provide safety and other applications to the drivers as well as passengers. A tree topology have high forwarding efficiency and low consumptions of bandwidth and they may have poor robustness because only one line exists between two nodes. A mesh topology can handle high amount of network traffic since every additional device into the network is considered a node. Interconnected devices can simultaneously transfer data smoothly and will not complicate the network connection. MAODV (Multicast Ad-hoc On-demand Distance Vector) shows an excellent performance in light weight ad-hoc networks. As the load of network increases, QOS (Quality of Services) is degraded obviously. MAODV-BB (Backup Branches) which improves robustness of the MAODV protocol by combining advantages of tree and mesh structure. 70 percentage of v2v communication was interrupted and discarded frequently today. So node to node continuous updation is not monopoly maintained. In proposed multicast protocol, for admin has to control and monitoring under all the node and monitoring continuous updates with location remainder by using GPS. To prove this framework in network simulator 2.
