Abstract

Radical polymerization reaction of butyl- and 2-ethylhexylacrylates with the presence of new chain transfer reagents (RAFT inifertors) were analyzed in the obtained in the basis of S-alkylarylphosphate and O-butyl-S-tolylxanthogenate. Benzoperoxide has been used as the initiator. Upon conducting polymerization with 800C temperature was found that by increasing the quantity of inifertor the molecular mass and MMD of polymer. The increase of RT (reaction time) in the presence of inifertor have a small effect on MM and MMD, which suggests in the addition of the inifertor in the developing chain and its parting. This findings on the impact of the quantity on the polymerization reaction, adduced as a diagram shows that the lesser is the tangent of the angle the more it's effective.
