SOLVAYTHERMAL METHOD OF RECEIVING NANO-INTERCONNECT OF TRISELENIDE ANTIMONY

Abstract
Crystalline antimony triselenide (Sb2Se3) taking into account morphology of nanorods was received by the hydrothermal method. Certain amount of oxide of antimony (III) mix in ethylene glycol and antimonized reagent of solution of selenium sodium sulphate is added to it. The experimental Teflon ware is located in the microwave electrical oven. Test within 10-12 hours at temperature of 150 0 C remains in the oven. The received precipitate after filtering and washing is dried up in case of 60-70 0 С in vacuum. The output makes 90-92%. The thermal analysis gives mass ratio of antimony to selenium − 51,6831: 48,3168. Microscopic research showed that appearance of received Sb baculate which consist of nanorods with width of 200-450 nanometers and long 10-15?м. It is set that the received precipitate of selenide of antimony represents semiconductor material in the form of nanorods.
