Abstract
Introduction:Beh?et's disease and Takayasu arteritis are two chronic inflammatory diseases of unknown etiology and their coexistence is exceptional. Case report:We report in this work a case report of a 55-year-old female patient attending the Beh?et's Internal Medicine department with recurrent bipolar canker sores who was transferred to our department for tinnitus and angina attacks diagnosed with arteritis of Takayasu has been established. Conclusion: The association of these two pathologies is a rare entity, reported accidentally in 2007 by Yoshimori Araki, MD and al in woman 53 old years. This association supposes common pathophysiological mechanisms. Different hypotheses will have to be further validated by complementary studies to shed light on these mechanisms.
