Problems of Legally Oriented Values’ Formation in Modern Conditions

The article deals with factors that influence the formation of legally oriented values orientations in modern Ukrainian society, peculiarities of national legal consciousness and legal mentality. It is emphasized that informational structures, in particular social media and the scientific environment, can effectively impact formation of positive models and stereotypes about the law. The interrelation between formation of a favorable socio-legal and informational environments is noted. The problems of behavioral background in the Ukrainian society are considered, which is important to understand the progress in the field of legal informational activity. It is emphasized that while there is a total mistrust to the authorities, members of political and legal discourse in the information space can influence the formation of positive legally oriented values orientations because of their knowledge, qualification and authority.
