Implementation of certain principles of criminal proceedings during the trial in a special procedure

To date, there are several points of view regarding the implementation of the principles of criminal justice. Most of the opinions tend to the fact that the principles as fundamental provisions act at all stages of the criminal process, and the inability to influence any of the stages ceases to make this provision a principle.
