Abstract
A part of the systematic approach in project management in automotive industry is a phase described as launch of a product into the serial production. This process is in his development further structured into several sub-processes. One of them are processes of quality planning and quality assurance, which define the frame for fulfill of all requirements on quality of a new product set by the customer according the norm ISO/TS 16949 and VDA2. The main goal of these processes is the approval of a product into the serial production described based on the norm as the PPAP process.
