Abstract
As everybody knows the main goal of any business is to maximize profit and to accomplish this goal the business have to made very efficient results and work hard. The results mainly depends on company's stuff and their skills and knowledges and main question here is how to gather all the qualified people into a management team. This article is focused on management teams, how they formed and real cases of implementing them. On this basis, the main problems that the management faces when working with teams are identified, and its own method of forming teams is developed. The relevance of this topic is due to the need to improve the efficiency of management teams capability of translating projects into reality.
