Abstract
On a smooth and stationary conical surface, the motion of the pendulum suspended on an elastic and weightless rod at the top of the cone in a spherical hinge is determined. The problem is reduced to a conclusion of the ordinary differential equation of the second order describing a trajectory of a pendulum on a cone at the set initial conditions. The article [5], book [6] and other works are devoted to the study of plane oscillations of an elastic pendulum.
