Abstract
The line of attainment of a face and a person in the novel by C. S. Lewis Till We Have Faces is investigated in this paper. The main stages of attainment of unique personality by the main character are described, the main topics are outlined, and the features of the composition and mythopoetics of the novel are touched on. The relation between the anthropological scenario and the author's Christian worldview is traced. For the first time in the history of the novel study, the manifestation of the Easter archetype in the narration text is investigated.
