Abstract
Entrepreneurship has a key role in progression of communities' development and growth and it is considered as an essential factor in creating the economic values in the community. One of the factors relevant as a source of economic growth and development along with job and capital is the entrepreneurs who have progressive characteristics such as creativity and innovation. The intellectual capital involves a wide range of organizational resources including knowledge, experience and skill of employees, social, structural and cultural capitals of organization and communicative wealth of the organization. Creativity and innovation develop the intellectual capital of individuals; thus, organizations should compile their strategies and programs so that they grow creativity and innovativeness in individuals. This paper attempts to explain the entrepreneurship role in developing the intellectual capital.
