Abstract
Implicative actions are a contract carried out by expression of will of participants by their actions, behavior, from which their intentions become clear. The rapid development of economic turnover and the widespread use of technical tools, that facilitate the process of purchase goods and services in order to satisfy needs, have led to the widespread distribution of such a form of contract. On this basis, the article highlights such a way to conclude a contract as implicative actions.
