POLITICAL STRATEGISING IN THE ARCTIC ZONE OF RUSSIA AS A MECHANISM OF STEADY GROWTH

In the article the author analyses a modern management system of strategic development of the North of the country, considers, mental peculiarities of the Russian society influencing the formation of political mechanisms of interaction in the regions of Russia. The author gives recommendations on improving the system of strategic management in the Arctic zone in Russia through the development of active political culture and forming modern mechanisms of regional strategic forecasting.
