Abstract
ABSTRACT Personal Knowledge Management (PKM) is an interactive process between individuals ideas and knowledge to facilitate knowledge sharing among them. It offers a framework for individuals to control, integrate new statistics to complement their knowledge assets in an effective way. This paper investigated to what level of secondary schools' teachers manage their knowledge in Saudi Arabia. A questionnaire changed into distributed to instructors in secondary colleges in Saudi Arabia in Riyadh states. A complete quantity of 409 responses have been accrued from 27 schools. The findings showed the exercise of PKM strategies is medium. For that reason, Saudi Arabian secondary schools want to encourage their instructors to share their personal information to enhance the trainer profession and student fulfillment.
