GOVERNMENT CONTROL IN THE SPHERE OF ECOLOGY USING POLITICAL MECHANISMS OF RISKOGENICAL FACTORS REJECTION

The article considers the issues of identifying the theoretical and methodological approaches in the modern political science, which can be used in studying the political mechanisms of fending the risk factors in ecological policy. The author reveals the place of the given scientific problem in the cognitive field of the political science and specifies the certain meanings of the scientific terms and categories used. The systematic and semantic analysis is conducted, which clarifies the understanding of politological approaches to studying the political mechanisms of fending risk factors and political relations creating the structural basics and scope for developing and implementing these mechanisms in the state ecological policy .
