The authors of the article point out the importance of developing ecological tourism at the present time. In this regard, the article presents a phased development of a project aimed at the development of eco-tourism in a. Droskovo, Pokrovsky District, Oryol Region. Within the framework of this project, a competitive analysis was conducted, the target consumer was determined, technical-economic and other indicators were calculated.
